Precision Sheet Metal

Providing a world class sheet metal service is at the heart of Tadley Engineering’s business. We have over 30 years experience with manufacturing close tolerance sheet metal components for a diverse range of clients.

Precision Machining

Using our key subcontractor and partner (Tadley Precision Machining Ltd), we are able to provide a precision machining service that includes CNC turning, CNC milling and Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) or wire erosion.

Structural Fabrication

Tadley Engineering is able to provide structural fabrication and coded welding services to industry. We manufacture bespoke fabrications for clients in many sectors such as construction, nuclear, aerospace and defence.

Coded Welding

Alongside Mig and Tig welding, Tadley Engineering can offer professional coded welded for work requiring PD5500 certification (pressure vessel and containers). In addition we have the latest Amada seam and spot welding technology.

Press Work

Using our range of Amada power presses that have up to 200 ton capability, Tadley Engineering is able to provide high volume manufacture of pressed and stamped sheet metal components.

Assembly

Tadley Engineering has highly skilled and experienced engineers on hand to support assembly of mechanical products for many different customers.
